We had 10 ladies staying together to celebrate my birthday. All the bedrooms, bathrooms, and sitting areas made our stay very comfortable. Nice bedding & pillows.
We cooked dinner the first night. There were dishes, silverware, pots & pans, serving dishes, spices, napkins, plus TWO refrigerators and TWO dishwashers. Dishes are for a group of 10, so bring extra paper plates.
The water view is gorgeous- something we enjoyed every day. The home is extremely well stocked with beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, saran wrap, foil, paper towels, baggies in every size, coffee, and Kcups.
The home is CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: grocery store, shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc, and Marco Island is absolutely beautiful!
Alyce is a terrfic host. She answered all of my questions and was always responsive to my texts.
The home elevator is easy to operate and very helpful when arriving with suitcases and heavy things.

Alyce was a very thoughtful and responsive host throughout our trip. She was also extremely flexible and accommodating with our group’s needs, which we truly appreciated.
The home was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for making great memories with family and friends.
We would absolutely love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others as well!

The house was fully stocked with all the little things you forget or need when staying in an AirBNB. The home was very comfortable, clean and peaceful. We fully enjoyed our time in Marco Island and staying in this beautiful home just made everything so much easier. The property is well maintained and a hidden gem! We will be back!

Great location/home with spectacular views. Enjoyed the amenities of the home with everything provided that you would need and expect at a 5 star hotel.
Enjoyed the pool as well as an oasis to wind down and relax. Minutes from shopping, beaches, marinas and restaurants.
Hosts were also great and very attentive and proactive. Would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this home and host. The interior of the home is spacious and stunning. Plenty of places to relax with family and friends in the common spaces. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The host provides local restaurant recommendations and information about local beaches. Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Alyce was kind enough to let a few guys in the Fraternity stay here at The Brite House for our annual ski trip. The house was everything and honestly more than what we were expecting. The host was very responsive and communicated with me the whole trip. If you are ever looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend booking a place through Alyce.

This house was perfect for our large group and had everything we needed. The space is clean and has been recently remodeled with updated appliances and features. It is very open and clean, perfect for relaxing in between adventures.
