Great location/home with spectacular views. Enjoyed the amenities of the home with everything provided that you would need and expect at a 5 star hotel.
Enjoyed the pool as well as an oasis to wind down and relax. Minutes from shopping, beaches, marinas and restaurants.
Hosts were also great and very attentive and proactive. Would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this home and host. The interior of the home is spacious and stunning. Plenty of places to relax with family and friends in the common spaces. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The host provides local restaurant recommendations and information about local beaches. Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Alyce was kind enough to let a few guys in the Fraternity stay here at The Brite House for our annual ski trip. The house was everything and honestly more than what we were expecting. The host was very responsive and communicated with me the whole trip. If you are ever looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend booking a place through Alyce.

We absolutely loved staying at this house ! It was very cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed — you can really feel that the host put their heart into it. This house was perfect for our large group and had everything we needed. The space is clean and has been recently remodeled with updated appliances and features. It is very open and clean, perfect for relaxing in between adventures.

Great house with everything you need; beach towels, lots of extra towels, appliances, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, dishwasher pods, dish soap, anything you can think of for cooking, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, list goes on. By far the most fully stocked AirBnb I’ve been to. Also hosts were so responsive, leading up to our trip and during our trip. Check out has very clear “to do list” to help set up for next guest. Perfect house for large group.

Gorgeous house, comfortably furnished. All the beds were comfy. Lots of room for our large family gathering. Yes, there are trains that go by but our kids, and even us adults, loved watching them to see what they hauled. The hosts were so kind to put up a Christmas tree for us. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!
